It is easy to be a seller with ZiFiti. Please fill out the Seller Application Form as a first step towards being a seller. We will review your application and get back to you with details on How to create a seller account. You just need to create an account for yourself by going to My Account and choosing Create new account. Fill all the mandatory information marked as (*) and you are ready to sale with us. Please make sure the information provided is correct in order to avoid delays in activating your account.

ZiFiti is a marketplace exclusively for Indian products, the company is seller centric and offers the best technology to its sellers for easy and fast updates. We charge a commission of minor 12% on sales which is the least you will find in the pool of new and old e-commerce marketplaces. The marketplace caters to a larger customers and plans to take it to more and more countries across the globe.

All you need is a valid email account, an active phone number and a PayPal account. If you are able to provide all these details correctly it is easy to be a seller and sale with ZiFiti.

As long as you can ship directly to the U.S. address, you do not have to have a physical presence in the U.S. If you are shipping from outside the U.S., you will have to clearly mention that in your account and specify the shipping lead time, so the buyer knows up front how much time it will take to receive the item.

We make payments to the sellers using their PayPal account. We require that every seller has a PayPal account, otherwise we will not be able to make the payments.

The money will be transferred to your PayPal account of 1st and 15th of every month.

No. There is no fees to become a seller on ZiFiti. We only charge a commission on the sales made by you through www.ZiFiti.com

No we do not charge any listing fee.

You can sell anything and everything as long as it is Indian, maintains the quality standards and offers a hassle free service to the customer. You can sell Groceries, Clothing, Jewelry, Furniture, Audio/Video, Home Decorations, Kitchen and Garden Equipment and much more. In addition you need to check for any country specific restrictions if you are a seller from outside the USA. ZiFiti also lets you sell used products if they are in good condition. You need to provide correct information regarding used products in order to be able to sell it on ZiFiti.

Once a purchase has been made, you will be notified and your order will appear in your seller account. You will then directly ship the products to the customers. All information regarding address will be provided in your ZiFiti seller account. You need to use a trackable shipping service so that the customer can get update on their order status.

We charge a minimal commission of 12% on the sales plus shipping made by sellers. This also includes credit card merchant fee. There are no other hidden charges.

If you are not in the US, you need to have an active PayPal account through which money can be transferred to your account.

If you are using a premium account with PayPal, you will not be charged anything while the transfer is made from ZiFiti to you for the sales made, wherein, if you are using a regular PayPal account, PayPal charges you certain fee. Please read the documents regarding deductions available on PayPal website for more information.

Yes before you start selling on ZiFiti a Participation Agreement needs to be accepted by you and submitted for smooth functioning. The contract will state all the terms and conditions related to sellers clearly.

ZiFiti offers full flexibility to its sellers. The sellers provide their own shipping and return policies for the products sold by them. We encourage all sellers to fulfill their own conditions regarding shipping and returns while maintaining the quality of the products to avoid such issues. In case of faulty or damaged products being sent to the customers ZiFiti has the right to decide about the returns.

Yes you can offer special discounts and promotions for your products. All you need to do is simply contact the ZiFiti seller team which will guide you through the process.

You can upload your products both manually using the web interface or by using file uploads. Sellers need to follow the same format as provided in templates under ZiFiti seller module to be able to upload a product file.

No. Currently we do not offer warehouse services to our sellers and request you to directly ship your products to the customers.

In case of a fraud sale or any kind illegal activity, the seller account can be suspended.

If a query, feedback or complaint is made by the customer towards your product we will direct the communication to your sellers account in order to provide customer support services.

If a wrong, damaged or defective product is sent to the customers we request you to kindly provide a replacement or refund to them. The customer also needs to intimate us about any such issue within 24hrs of the product being delivered.

Please do not panic if no sales are made, we will not charge you anything. Also if this continues we request you to revise your stock based on the current trends in the market and keep the inventory up-to-date.

No, we do not allow seller to have multiple accounts under their name. One account is sufficient for all your listings and sales.

Yes, you can sell items from multiple categories. In case of the products being a precious or semi-precious metal or stone, you need to go through the quality check process by our special team before you start selling.

Yes, if you want to advertise with ZiFiti, please get in touch with seller support team via email and we will be happy to help you through the process.

We will charge only 12% commission on sale plus the shipping cost. We will take care of all credit card fee etc. in this commission. So if you sell an item for say $100.00 and charge $5.00 for shipping, your commission will be $12.60 and you will get $92.40.

We let sellers decide how long it will take them to ship the product. The shipping time will be clearly displayed on the site and it will be the choice of buyer to decide if that shipping time if fine or not.

In fact, we encourage sellers to offer free shipping. It will be prominently highlighted on the site and can potentially increase the sale. Again the commission will not get affected for free shipping.
