I really got myself back in shape when I was 43 years old. It wasn’t as self-explanatory as working out in my 20’s but it was totally manageable… Perhaps that’s why I thought I could do this at any age. So I was thinking that enjoying cannabis would at least be some fun. But what I’ve found is much, much more than that. Indeed, the indica products have been instrumental in me getting the most out of my workouts while not over doing it either.
