I’m not exactly a friendly person, plus that has why I prefer to work by myself, and there are not a lot of jobs that you can do alone, but laboring as a delivery driver is really one of those things! I have worked as a delivery driver for a lot of unusual businesses.
I was a bike messenger in the neighborhood plus I also delivered prescriptions for the pharmacy.
I delivered automobile parts all over the county plus now I am laboring for a marijuana delivery service. The marijuana delivery repair is open 7 afternoons a week, rain or shine. I really prefer to work when the weather is calm, clear, plus sunny, but when the weather is rainy or stormy, I have a hard time seeing on the roads. I get frazzled absolutely plus that makes myself and others irritable, however last weekend when the rain was awful, I yelled at a client plus got in trouble with the manager at the marijuana dispensary. I was already sad about swerving off the road plus nearly falling over the cliff plus then the client wanted to complain to myself and others because there was a $10 item missing from the order. I tried to apologize, but the lady acted prefer it was the end of the world… Dealing with customers is not our strong suit. I yelled at the client about being ungrateful plus I told the lady she should go to the shop if she doesn’t prefer the delivery service, but she called the manager at the marijuana dispensary plus yelled at her for numerous minutes. I got a formal written warning plus the manager sent myself and others lake cabin early.
