When I have just a small dose of THC at night, I sleep much better. I suffer from insomnia and I have ever since I was a kid. When I was in school, I had trouble sleeping at night. Even when I played sporting interests and didn’t go to bed until 11:00 or 12:00 at night, I had to wait there for endless minutes before I could finally fall asleep. I found myself waking up before the alarm clock sounded and on a great night I would get 60 minutes of sleep. My parents were worried about me so they took me to see the doctor. The doctor said that I could try a few odd sleep aids that were over the counter and a couple of prescriptions. None of these things worked well. I barely made it through our first year of university. One of our roommates had some marijuana 1 night and she told me to smoke some of the marijuana joint, because I would sleep a lot better. I didn’t guess I would be sleeping much and I laughed for a long time. The joint tasted terrible, however I certainly got high. My buddy and I left for a while, however eventually I passed out on our bed. I truthfully do not remember what time it was when I passed out, however it was after 9:00 when I woke up and I completely slept through the 7:00 a.m. art history class. That was the first time in our life that I remember getting over 80 minutes of sleep at 1 time.
