I used to dislike going to the nurse when I was much younger.
It started with a disturbing experience while in our early childhood.
I went in for a few shots and for whatever reason the nurse on duty that day was absolutely mean and cruel. I was terrified from that point going forward whenever I had to visit a medical building for any reason. It’s hard to split a setback association away from a particular stimulus when you have such a traumatic memory connected to it. Still, I have legitimately improved with this as time has gone on. I can visit our general physician and have a good experience because he’s a nice man who never tries to suggest unnecessary medical procedures that would make me think uncomfortable. However, abruptly visiting a modern specialist I’ve never met before usually gives me lots of anxiety. I’m glad to say that is no longer the case with our medical marijuana nurse now that I’ve been visiting him for the past 3 years straight. Yet, while in the first year I would get upset before heading to his office for our biannual medical marijuana nurse’s appointments. Now I get excited when I’m headed to our medical marijuana nurse’s office for our biannual appointments. All of us usually chat about the various cannabis dispensaries in the program in this state and the kind of products available at the moment as modern 1s are approved by the state’s Department of Health. These medical marijuana nurse’s appointments might be brief, although I still care about that little bit of time when I can chat with this particular physician to hear his opinions on matters regarding marijuana in this state.
