I had to work at the marijuana dispensary last Saturday when we had a big sale on everything inside of the store.
All products were 25% off and that was delivery, pick up, and online orders.
A lot of people were excited about the sale. We advertised for several weeks before the day of the actual sale. I was scheduled to work from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and we were busy during the entire time. I took a break for lunch, but that was the only time I got to sit down all day. We had some representatives from other cannabis companies in the store. The sales were really good and that attracted customers from everywhere. We had 50 people come to the marijuana shop that have never been there in the past. That is a lot of new clients in one day. We sold out of many of the products that were on the shelves that day. I assumed that they would stock the shelves at the marijuana dispensary that night. Unfortunately, I had to stock all of the shelves the next morning when I got to work. I didn’t even bother complaining, because I knew it wasn’t going to do any good. The manager worked the previous night on the closing shift. Obviously he didn’t care if we were going to be stuck stalking the shelves the next day or not. I spent almost 2 hours just filling the marijuana concentrates in the refrigerator. Almost everything from the bottom to shelves was gone. We haven’t had sales like that since the last 420 mega event.
