The cost of concentrates has increased since the holidays ended

Every week I order items from the cannabis dispensary.

I usually get the same items each and every time that I place an order.

I buy two grams of cannabis concentrate and I also buy an ounce of dried cannabis flower. Sometimes I add a container of gummy edibles if they have clearance items. The place where I order my items has a special and they offer one ounce of marijuana 2 gram of concentrate for $129. The total includes taxes and is one of the best deals in the city. My girlfriend and I ordered a lot through the holidays when all of our family was here for vacation. Everyone uses recreational marijuana and we went through a lot of dried flower and concentrates. After the holidays, I noticed that the cost of concentrates has increased. The dispensary no longer offers the same two concentrates and 1 oz of flower for $129. Now the cost of that deal is $139. It’s a small increase, but the extra cost adds up week by week. I hoped that the prices would eventually go back to normal, but none of the deals are as low as the prices were before the beginning of the new year. The prices on everything have gone up since the coronavirus. The cost of food and groceries has increased. The cost of medical supplies like band aids, hand sanitizer, and gloves is still about 60% higher than it was pre pandemic. It should be no surprise that the cost of medical and recreational marijuana has increased as well.
