A customer contacted the marijuana dispensary after receiving an order via the delivery service, then the customer was truly aggravated and angry, then i tried to get the customer to tell myself and others why she was aggravated, but she would only speak to the director.
I grabbed the director from the back office and told her to answer the iphone.
I listen to the call on the other line. I was truly curious why the customer would only speak with the director. I heard the customer tell the director that the delivery order they acquired was messed upâ€¦ When the director started asking questions, the guy told her that there were 3 items missing from the order and multiple of the items were not the strains that the guy had advised. The director asked for the order number and she looked up the order in our system! She went through the order with the customer item by item. The guy was missing 3 gram of concentrate and he got multiple sativa bags of marijuana when he was supposed to get to indicas. I understood why the guy was so aggravated after I heard the telephone conversation. I would be pretty exasperated too if I ordered all of those items from the shop only to find out that the entire order was screwed up. I expect my order to be messed up every once in a while when I go to a restaurant, however I expect everything to be right when the delivery driver should be double and triple checking my order before they leave the store.
