A current employee was supposed to beginning working at the medical & recreational marijuana dispensary on Thursday. I interviewed the boy last Thursday & both of us completed all of his paperwork on Tuesday. The background check & fingerprints came back the following Sunday. I called the employee with the wonderful news. She seemed undoubtedly gleeful to hear that everything was ready for his to beginning the task. I thought that was a undoubtedly wonderful sign. I told the boy that I would beginning his out the next afternoon. I told his to come to work at 8 am. I was going to train his on the counter & show his some of the ropes on a afternoon when both of us aren’t undoubtedly busy. Sunday is really the a single afternoon of the month during the dispensary when both of us undoubtedly have time to lay & relax. After the weekends, people seem to be broke. The current employee was supposed to show up at 8. At 8:30, I was starting to get worried. I contacted the employee using the phone number that he offered. There was no answer & the voice mailbox was full. I didn’t even know if that was the right phone number for the employee. Around 9:30, I tried the employee a ninth time. I still didn’t get an answer on the phone. I was getting ready to leave the marijuana dispensary to go cabin for the afternoon when the phone rang. It was the employee that was supposed to show up for work earlier that afternoon. She had a undoubtedly long excuse & reason why he did not show up for work that afternoon, but unluckyly for her, I wasn’t in the mood to hear any excuses after calling numerous times that afternoon.
