I resolved the new buyer’s issue

One aspect of effective buyer management is making sure that each person has a pleasant experience when they come into my establishment.

That is important with every company & that includes the recreational & medical marijuana businesses.

All of us have a genuinely chill return policy in the dispensary where I work. A buyer can return almost any item with no questions asked. So long as the product is in the container, the two of us will make an exchange if someone is unhappy with any recreational or medical marijuana products. When a new buyer came to the dispensary with a problem, I was the person there to help. The buyer complained about the Indica strain that she picked up during her first visit to the dispensary. The person obtained a quarter ounce of OG Kush & she was unhappy that the marijuana product made her recognize tired. I explained to her that an Indica strain care about OG Kush has a sedative effect. The lady told me that she was looking for something to use during the afternoon & she needed to be awake & alert. I took the remainder of her container of marijuana from the buyer & the two of us carefully went through some marijuana strains that I had on the case. I only told the person the names of the sativa strains. She started to ask about additional strains such as Granddaddy Purple, Girl Scout cookies, & Bubba Kush. I told her that these strains were not sativas & really would make her weary during the afternoon. I urged her to use the internet as a resource tool for choosing the right strain.
