Trying CBD for anxiety

For the last few years, I have been struggling with anxiety.

I’ve tried many different coping mechanisms, but I didn’t find anything that worked for me until I tried using CBD products.

I had heard of CBD, but didn’t really know what it was. When I was speaking to my doctor, she recommended that I go to a CBD dispensary and look for some products to help relieve my anxiety. While experts are still researching how CBD influences anxiety, it is tied to serotonin levels. CBD can help with sleep and mood. I decided to give it a try. I went to a CBD dispensary and purchased some CBD oil and gummies. I use the oil throughout the day and I use the gummies as a sleep aid at night. I notice that the CBD oil does make me feel more calm, but there isn’t an extremely noticeable effect. However, the CBD gummies have improved my sleep significantly. In having more sleep, I notice a general improvement in my mental health to begin with. I am the type of person who overthinks all of my actions right before I am about to fall asleep. I end up tossing and turning all night. If I do get to sleep, I end up having stressful nightmares, so I wake up exhausted. Ever since I started having a CBD gummy before bed, I have slept through the night. I am not sure if CBD itself is doing anything for my anxiety, but I know the healthy sleep schedule has made a positive impact on my mental health.
