On the other hand, CBD gummies significantly improve my sleep. I notice that my mental health improves with more sleep. Before I go to sleep, I overthink everything I do. As a result, I wake up feeling exhausted. In the event that I manage to fall asleep, I wake up with stressful nightmares. Having a CBD gummy before bed has helped me sleep better. Despite not knowing whether CBD itself is helping with my anxiety, I believe that a healthy sleep schedule has made a positive impact on my mental health.
