There are a great many things about the medical marijuana laws in our state that I don’t understand. For instance – I can purchase marijuana flowers, but it is illegal to smoke them. Here’s another example – I can purchase medical marijuana concentrates that are used for pot brownies, space cakes, gummies, in addition to other edibles. I cannot purchase edibles, because they are too close to being recreational marijuana. I simply don’t understand how these people are making all these deranged laws in addition to the way they are enforcing them. Last week I was able to buy a vape pen from a local smoke shop. The big concern with purchasing a vape pen is that they are illegal in our state. I can buy thc concentrates, bud, in addition to cartridges for my vape pen at the marijuana dispensary. I don’t understand why they make it legal to purchase all of the items involved in vaping when vaping itself is illegal. I long ago decided that I will buy all the products that I need from the medical marijuana dispensary. As long as I keep it quiet that I am making pot edibles or vaping my medical marijuana, I should not get in trouble. My real concerns lie in writing this article. If someone gets wind that I am using legal, medical marijuana in the way that is considered illegal, I could get into a lot of trouble. It makes it legitimately difficult to discern the differences between legal, medical marijuana in addition to what the state considers to be illegal recreational marijuana use. Maybe it would behoove the state to either adapt the way people may use medical marijuana, or legalize both recreational in addition to medical marijuana.
