I hate having to grow my own marijuana

Except with this job you don’t get paid in money, you get paid in amazing home-grown cannabis.

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I was smart enough to foresee such a thing might happen, so I saved all my old growing gear from college. Back in those days there were no legal dispensaries, and my roommates and I grew our own stuff. That was a great many years ago, but I always held onto the old growing gear (planters, lights, the hydroponics rig) just in case I might need it. Thanks to the economy being a big wet fart the last few years, I have resorted once again to growing my own cannabis. It has become the only way that I can have enough marijuana to smoke without emptying out my bank account or getting a second job. Anyone who has grown marijuana before knows that it is a job unto itself, so it is very much like having a second job. Except with this job you don’t get paid in money, you get paid in amazing home-grown cannabis. Maybe it doesn’t pack the same punch as the stuff from the cannabis dispensary, and there is no telling what the THC content will be, but at least I can afford to keep smoking now. I have converted my garage into a makeshift grow room, where I currently have thirty six cannabis plants in various stages of maturity. Even though I have done it before, I am still worried about things all the time, and have been watching dozens of Youtube videos about cannabis growing to help me through. Is it great cannabis? No, but it takes the edge off!
