I didn't have enough cash, so we had to cancel some items

I was completely aggravated when I left the store and I probably should have canceled the entire order

When I called the marijuana dispensary to place an online order, I asked the woman if the prices included tax. She told me that the online prices were the amount that I would be required to pay. I ordered the items and the total for the bill was $213. I went to the ATM and withdrew $220. I knew that would give me a couple of extra dollars to put in the tip jar. When I reached the counter to pick up my marijuana supplies, the budtender gave me an entirely different amount for the order. I didn’t have enough cash, so I asked the budtender if the total was correct. That’s when I found out that none of the online prices included tax. I don’t know how the information got mixed up when I called, but I was not given the right information or the correct total. I complained to the manager, but she didn’t seem to care much at all. Her solution was to cancel some of the items in my order. I was completely aggravated when I left the store and I probably should have canceled the entire order. Since I didn’t want to drive to the other side of town, I put up with the poor customer service and awful prices at the cannabis shop. The next time I need to purchase recreational marijuana supplies, I’ll be sure to make time to go across town and check out the other place. I think they have better prices, but they don’t have a good website or an online order form.
