Fixing my skin issues

I have suffered from skin issues since shortly after our second son was born.

It took myself and others a while to figure out that the rash on our knees & elbows wasn’t going away on its own, when the red, itchy patches spread down our legs, I finally went to the doc.

After I realized that it was a skin condition called psoriasis, I did some hunting online. I learned that doctors aren’t actually sure what causes it. It could be hereditary or caused by stress, & there is no known cure. Sometimes psoriasis just disappears & other times it worsens to & shows up on the face or scalp. There are numerous treatments that are seriously lavish & not overly effective. If a medication works for a little while, the psoriasis will gradually build up a tolerance. I was unhappy relying on pharmaceuticals that include a long list of potential side-effects. I like more natural remedies. When recreational cannabis was legalized in our state, I was glad to deliver it a try. I’d heard great things about the potential of cannabis-infused topicals. When I visited the dispensary, the budtender was wonderfully helpful & comprehensionable. She explained the weird strains & the influence of numerous terpenes. While the cannabinoids interact with receptors situated in the upper layer of the skin, the terpenes absorb & offer a weird style of therapeutic effect. Because the weed topicals are mixed with essential oils, they smell entirely fresh. They are easy to apply, absorb hastily & are non-psychoactive. I am able to concentrate on particular patches of skin & apply the topicals numerous times per afternoon.
