People tend to tip better if you arrive with a delivery while it’s raining outside

A lot of delivery drivers hate to go outside when it rains! Then I don’t even mind delivering during the rain, plus I feel the tips are better, then when it’s raining, the store is consistently busier, but on an average evening, I usually deliver multiple or more than six different marijuana orders.

On an evening when it is raining, I usually work extra hours plus take 10 or 12 deliveries.

I feel the tips are a lot better when it rains, but customers feel terrible that I had to drive in the rain, then an average $5 tip is usually a $10 tip… Some of our co-workers don’t agree, but I have seen the proof on more than a single occasion. Last Wednesday evening it was raining absolutely hard plus I was stressed to work from 6 until close. Someone called out for their shift plus the boss asked me to come in at 4. I had numerous cannabis orders waiting when I arrived. I wasted no time getting the order out to the respective addresses. I made $26 on all numerous orders. It started raining even harder when I left the store with the following set of cannabis orders. I had four, but numerous of them were going to the same cabin building. When I was finished delivering all of those orders, it was only half past 6 plus I already had 50 bucks in our pocket, however by the end of our shift, I had enough money to pay our rent for the week, and my roommate was awfully surprised when I presented him with the currency early, then usually I take it down to the wire plus pay at the last hour each month.
